Typewritten and bound transcript of an interview conducted by Michael Van Wagenen for the World War II Homefront Oral History Project of the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 12 Nov. 1991. Blake talks about her early life in Hinckley, Utah. She also tells about her experiences during World War II in Utah and the impact it had on her family, the community, and the nation. She spent much of the war in Salt Lake City, Utah at the University of Utah. In addition, she describes her courtship and marriage.
